Harmer's Town Art Center will be a first of its kind in the region arts complex. While the complex is still in development, it is fully underway in research, planning, design, and initial implementation of property renovation. ​​

As a regional arts facility, our goal will be to bringing together the arts, history, and community of Havre de Grace and region in a centralized location within the heart of the city’s designated Arts & Entertainment District.
Art Incubator Space
Artists will work in studio space visible and accessible to the public, which offers them the opportunity to engage with guests, hold lessons, and sell their work directly to visitors.
Makerspace
Workshops will offer artists and hobbyists alike access to specialized equipment for woodworking, ceramics,
and other fabrication crafts. Multi-purpose areas will be used for teaching classes and/ or holding special events.
Indoor/Outdoor Workshop Space
Classroom space will be available for public use for art lessons, student field trips,
performances, and art therapy opportunities.
Havre de Grace Museum
A collection of artifacts highlighting the rich history of a city that almost became the nation’s capital.
Art Galleries
to showcase art exhibits, a museum of historic Havre de Grace artifacts, and a shop in which visitors can purchase
artwork and souvenirs and where artists can stock up on supplies.
Graw Alley
Artist Park
One-acre outdoor space is an interactive art park with landscaping, paved pathways, artistic sculptures, outdoor seating with signage leading visitors on a tour of Havre de Grace history as told through a series of vivid
murals and public art installations
