Harmer’s Town Art Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization working to transform a historic Havre de Grace property into a regional destination for the arts — complete with studios, galleries, performance spaces, and educational programs.
While the larger Art Center is in development, Graw Alley Artist Park serves as the first phase of this vision — an open-air space where creativity, history, and community come together.
