Harmer’s Town Art Center to Host Annual Fundraiser: Little Chicago Art Syndicate September 17th

Harmer’s Town Art Center invites the community to step back into the Roaring Twenties for its annual fundraiser, Little Chicago Art Syndicate, on September 17 at 5:30 PM at the historic Vandiver Inn in Havre de Grace.

This one-of-a-kind evening will feature a private exhibition and silent auction of original works of art, along with fine food, beer and wine, and a live jazz revue—all wrapped in the atmosphere of a 1920s speakeasy.

But the evening doesn’t end at the Vandiver Inn. At 8:45 PM, guests will make their “escape” down Market Street to the future home of Harmer’s Town Art Center, where the night will conclude with a clandestine final drink and live fire dancers.

Proceeds from the event will help lay the foundation for the construction of the new Art Center and support Harmer’s Town’s mission to celebrate art, history, and creativity in Havre de Grace.

Guests are encouraged to embrace the theme with Roaring Twenties-inspired attire, including flapper dresses, feathers, fedoras, and suspenders.

Tickets are $100 per person and attendance is limited to just 100 guests.
